asbestos sheets
we have a garage made from Asbestos Sheets and with an Asbestos Roof. how do we get rid of it?

i dont know much about asbestos but know the risks of blue asbestos, we think it maybe built with White Asbestos it is over 50 years old. what is the best way to remove it and dispose of it. can we do it ourselves or do we have to have profesionals in?
we want to get rid of the garage as it takes up so much of the garden and looks hideous. the wiring in it is dodgy and i would rather have the space to put a garden furniture set or barbeque rather than a garage we cant use as the house no longer has access via the back as they built an extension over the pathway

wow so many people who don’t do any research….. a quick search on google and a local goverment website that tells you that you can remove it yourself as long as you take precautions, also giving advice on disposal.

Where does it say you cannot do this yourelf, I would genuienly be interested to read it, are you refering to UK law, US law or something you once heard down the pub? honestly I would like to know. I have checked my facts so would to like to know if they are wrong.

    A DOCTOR CANNOT PRONOSTIC A DIED PERIOD OF A CANCER PATIENT . HE CANNOT SAY CERTAINTLY IN SOME MONTHS OR IN SOME YEARS YOU’LL DIE BY YOUR CANCER, BUT WHEN THE CANCER GAIN INTO YOUR BLOOD YOU WILL DIE SOON.
