County completes cleanup at Richmond
The Washington County Board of Supervisors at the Tuesday March 29 meeting voted to begin the action to assess the clean up costs for two abandoned mobile homes against the property owner. The Board had previously authorized the cleanup after the site had been officially declared a threat to public health and a safety hazard.
