If a asbestos dividing fence has damage .
Who is responsible to fix it.
And can they claim money for an entire new fence because you cant replace the Asbestos Panels.
And should we not have been informed when we moved in 2 weeks ago that the fencing was asbestos?
I would say that the landlord should be responsible for that situation, and if they had known about the damaged asbestos panel, then they should not have rented it until it was removed- that’s a health hazard!
