Several years ago, as a child, I went on the garage roof a couple of times to get the ball down, obviously at the time, I had never heard of asbestos, and needless to say, that when I found out about asbestos and that the roof was made out of asbestos cement, I never went up there again.

Now I know asbestos cement is non-friable, and won’t release fibres unless it’s disturbed in some way i.e sawing, drilling etc. But my question is, do you think I may have caused enough disturbance to it by walking on it?, I may have went up there 2 or 3 times at most to get the ball down.

What is my possible risk of exposure, low/high?, I am now worried that I needlessly put myself at risk in childhood, where I could’ve prevented it if only I knew earlier.
